Affordable Care Act Online Application Issues
Nationwide issues are currently being experienced with online enrollment applications for the Affordable Care Act.
For example, the following error message is currently found as of 12:15 p.m. October 2nd, 2013 in Minnesota’s MNSure site:
“Online identity service problems.
Our online partner was unable to verify your identity. Please come back later and try to create your account again.
If you have received this message two or more times, please visit our In-person identity proofing page.”
